The value sitting still

Your next customer may already know your name.

Every old quote, missed follow-up and not-right-now enquiry represents money you already spent to earn attention. Most of those conversations simply stopped.

Timing changes. Budgets return. Jobs become urgent. A helpful follow-up can bring the right people back without paying to find them all over again.

Why this works differently

A warm conversation, not another cold lead.

01

They know the business

The first conversation already happened, so the follow-up has real context and a reason to exist.

02

The timing may have changed

A no six months ago can mean not yet. We give suitable people an easy way to restart when now is different.

03

Your team sees only the useful replies

We handle early responses and pass over the people who match your rules and want the next step.

How it works

From forgotten enquiry to fresh opportunity.

The system does the repetitive work. Your team steps in when there is a real conversation to continue.

  1. 01

    Find the conversations worth reopening

We review the enquiries already sitting in your system and separate genuine past interest from records that should stay untouched.

  2. 02

Agree what a good opportunity looks like

You set the services, areas, job values and other rules that decide whether a reply is worth your team’s time.

  3. 03

    Restart the conversation naturally

We send a short message in your business name, handle the early replies and stop immediately when someone says no.

  4. 04

Pass the interested people back to you

When someone is ready, we qualify the basics and book them in or send the conversation straight to your team.

A good fit

Built for trades and home services.

Someone asks three firms to price a new roof, a bathroom or a rewire, then goes quiet while they think it over. Those are the enquiries worth reopening. The bigger the job, the more one recovered customer is worth, which is why this suits the trades better than anyone.

  • Builders
  • Roofers
  • Electricians
  • Plumbers and heating engineers
  • Kitchen and bathroom fitters
  • Window and door installers
  • Driveway and landscaping firms
  • Solar and insulation installers

Permission before promotion

The list is checked before it is used.

An old record is not automatic permission to send a text or an email. We check the source, context, last contact and opt-out status with you, then exclude anything that does not fit the agreed lawful route. Every message identifies your business and makes saying no simple.

Pay for the recovery

£495 to launch. £95 when someone is genuinely ready.

The pilot prepares and runs the first campaign with up to 500 eligible contacts. After that, you pay only for a reply that meets the written rules and asks for the next step. Fewer than five of those and the launch fee is credited or refunded.

Recovery pilot

£495to launch
£95per qualified opportunity
  • Record, permission and opt-out check
  • Campaign angle and message writing
  • Fast reply handling, daytime and evening, inside agreed rules
  • Calendar, handover and notifications set up

You do not pay for silence.

No reply, no interest, wrong number, opt-out or out-of-scope request is never counted as a qualified opportunity.

If the pilot produces fewer than five qualified opportunities, you choose: the £495 credited against your next campaign, or refunded in full.

Frequently asked questions

Who do you contact?
Only the people in the group we agree with you first. We normally look for genuine past enquiries who asked about a relevant service, were not marked as opted out and can lawfully be contacted through the proposed channel. Records that do not pass the check stay out.
Is this just a bulk message to everyone?
No. Follow-up goes out by text message and email, and the work starts with selection, exclusions and context. Each message names your business, relates to the person’s earlier enquiry and gives a clear way to say no. We release follow-up in controlled groups so replies can be handled properly.
Where does AI fit?
AI helps us personalise the first message, recognise the meaning of replies and handle straightforward follow-up inside rules agreed with you. It does not get free rein. Unusual, sensitive or uncertain conversations are handed to a person.
What counts as a qualified opportunity?
Someone who replies positively, matches the service and location rules agreed before launch, and asks for the next step, such as a call, quote or appointment. The definition is written down before the campaign starts.
What do I not pay for?
No reply, not interested, wrong number, opt-out, duplicate, out of area, or a request that falls outside the agreed criteria. If someone books an appointment and does not turn up, that is not charged either. We charge once for each accepted qualified opportunity, never for the number of messages sent. And if the pilot produces fewer than five, the £495 is credited or refunded, your choice.
My records are a mess. Is that a problem?
Usually not, and it is more common than you would think. Enquiries spread across a phone, an inbox, a job book and a spreadsheet can still be pulled together. What matters is that we can tell where each person came from and roughly when. If the records are too thin to do that safely, we will say so at the opportunity check rather than take the launch fee.
Can you use our existing CRM?
Usually. We can work from a suitable export or, where access and the platform allow it, inside your current system. We agree the safest route during the initial check and keep the amount of data moved to a minimum.
How quickly can it start?
The first step is a short opportunity and permission check. Once the records, offer, qualification rules and messaging route are agreed, a pilot can usually be prepared quickly. We give you a realistic launch date after seeing the data rather than promising one before it is checked.
Will every old enquiry turn into work?
No. Many people will not reply and some will have moved on. The point is to find the smaller group whose timing has changed, without filling your team’s day with follow-up or charging you for silence.
