Clear pricing
Pay to launch. Then pay for interest.
The fixed fee covers the careful work needed before any follow-up starts. After that, the price moves only when a suitable person asks for the next step.
Recovery pilot
Everything needed to prepare and run the first controlled follow-up with up to 500 eligible contacts.
- Record, permission and opt-out check
- Campaign angle and message writing
- Fast reply handling, daytime and evening, inside agreed rules
- Calendar, handover and notifications set up
- Campaign management and a clear results report
After launch
Qualified opportunity
Only when an interested person matches the rules and asks for the next step.
You do not pay for silence.
No reply, no interest, wrong number, opt-out or out-of-scope request is never counted as a qualified opportunity.
And the launch fee is covered too.
If the pilot produces fewer than five qualified opportunities, you choose: the £495 credited against your next campaign, or refunded in full.
What counts
A useful opportunity, agreed before launch.
The person must reply positively, match the service and location rules, and ask for the agreed next step. That might be a call, a quote or an appointment. We write the definition down before the campaign starts.
Never charged as an opportunity
- No reply
- Not interested
- Wrong or disconnected number
- Opt-out request
- Duplicate contact
- Outside the agreed service or area
- Booked an appointment and did not attend
The arithmetic
Work out whether it pays before you start.
A pilot of 500 contacts that produces ten qualified opportunities costs £1,445 in total. That is the £495 launch fee plus ten at £95. So the question is simple: what is one recovered customer worth to you?
Ten opportunities from 500 contacts is an illustration for the maths, not a forecast. We give you a realistic range after looking at your actual records.
- Launch fee
- £495
- Ten qualified opportunities at £95
- £950
- Total cost of the pilot
- £1,445
Average job around £3,000
One recovered customer puts you ahead. Two and the pilot has more than doubled its cost back.
Average job around £300
You would need five customers just to break even. We would tell you not to run it.
The boundaries
Clear before the first message.
The £495 pilot covers up to 500 eligible contacts for one business and one agreed offer.
A qualified opportunity is charged once, after it meets the written service, location and intent rules.
More than 500 eligible contacts, multiple locations or complex routing is quoted before any extra work starts.
Messaging is released in controlled groups and may pause if your team cannot keep up with interested replies.
Follow-up runs by text message and email. We agree the channel with you before launch.
The five-opportunity guarantee covers the first pilot for a business, once the agreed records and response process are in place.
Frequently asked questions
- Who do you contact?
- Only the people in the group we agree with you first. We normally look for genuine past enquiries who asked about a relevant service, were not marked as opted out and can lawfully be contacted through the proposed channel. Records that do not pass the check stay out.
- Is this just a bulk message to everyone?
- No. Follow-up goes out by text message and email, and the work starts with selection, exclusions and context. Each message names your business, relates to the person’s earlier enquiry and gives a clear way to say no. We release follow-up in controlled groups so replies can be handled properly.
- Where does AI fit?
- AI helps us personalise the first message, recognise the meaning of replies and handle straightforward follow-up inside rules agreed with you. It does not get free rein. Unusual, sensitive or uncertain conversations are handed to a person.
- What counts as a qualified opportunity?
- Someone who replies positively, matches the service and location rules agreed before launch, and asks for the next step, such as a call, quote or appointment. The definition is written down before the campaign starts.
- What do I not pay for?
- No reply, not interested, wrong number, opt-out, duplicate, out of area, or a request that falls outside the agreed criteria. If someone books an appointment and does not turn up, that is not charged either. We charge once for each accepted qualified opportunity, never for the number of messages sent. And if the pilot produces fewer than five, the £495 is credited or refunded, your choice.
- My records are a mess. Is that a problem?
- Usually not, and it is more common than you would think. Enquiries spread across a phone, an inbox, a job book and a spreadsheet can still be pulled together. What matters is that we can tell where each person came from and roughly when. If the records are too thin to do that safely, we will say so at the opportunity check rather than take the launch fee.
- Can you use our existing CRM?
- Usually. We can work from a suitable export or, where access and the platform allow it, inside your current system. We agree the safest route during the initial check and keep the amount of data moved to a minimum.
- How quickly can it start?
- The first step is a short opportunity and permission check. Once the records, offer, qualification rules and messaging route are agreed, a pilot can usually be prepared quickly. We give you a realistic launch date after seeing the data rather than promising one before it is checked.
- Will every old enquiry turn into work?
- No. Many people will not reply and some will have moved on. The point is to find the smaller group whose timing has changed, without filling your team’s day with follow-up or charging you for silence.
